may husband was a passenger in a car that was rear ended and hurt his back. they were hit by 2cars. when we inititialy visited our attorney he said we could receive settlements from the ins companies of both cars that hit them and the ins co. of the car he was riding in. we have been back to him twice and the only ins co he has said anything about is the one of the first car that hit them. of course before it is all said and done we will have him clarify this but what usually is the case, who usually pays?
