What recourse do we have?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? New Jersey

My child was involved in an auto accident recently, where he was crossing the intersection and was struck by another vehicle. After being struck by the vehicle his vehicle flipped and struck another vehicle stopped at the intersection. The officer at the scene states he is issuing my child a ticket for failure to stop at the stop sign. My issue is that the officer did not take any statements from the 4 witnesses at the scene or from my child. My husband and I both requested a breathalyzer test be done on the person who hit my child (we both know her and were aware that she was at the bar up the street for happy hour). The tests were not given. The person had told two conflicting stories (one to the officer and one to the ambulance personnel). The following day I was advised by the bar owner that the woman was there and upon leaving had gotten into an accident with a friends car, and called someone in the bar to come get her at the scene to avoid any problems. I then contacted the police department and was told that I could bring the owner in for a statment if I wanted to and they would take it, but the officer was on vacation for the next week. What can I do about this situation?

"What can I do about this situation?"
*** You can't do anything. However, your 'child' (how old??) can certainly plead not guilty to the traffic ticket.
Your 'child' can also give his/her version of the incident to the insurance company and they will determine at fault for claims.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

**A: well, why can't the writer pay $5000 and hire an attorney for the child?
That's something.
