I live in Washington State.
My husband is settling his claim from an auto accident we were both involved in. I am still in treatment with a dr. but he is fine now. The claims adjuster is asking that I sign a release of community property so my husband can get a check written in his name. Is this going to conflict with my personal injury claim?

No it will not. In states that have community property laws, the spouse is also entitled to interest in the claim and the settlement monies are construed as community property. This Release protects the insurance company and has nothing to do with your own independent PI claim.
Be sure to check with yours and his Personal Injury attorney.
