What should my legal standing be?

What is the name of your state? California

I recently delivered my RV to my local dealer to have some warranty work performed. While there another customer dropped off his RV which he nor the dealer did not properly "chalk" and it rolled backward into my RV.

Fortunately no one was injured but now I'm hearing through the dealer that the owner insists that the dealer is at fault and that I am going to have to wait to have my RV repaired until all of the arguing between the dealer and his customer is resolved.

Do I have to wait for them or do I have the option of demanding that the dealership proceed immediately with repairs and let the other parties work things out?

Demand that your RV be repaired immediately. You may want to contact an attorney who may be chock full of ideas
