what's the claim statute of limitations?- alabama

What is the name of your state? alabama
Was in a 'fender bender' a few years back and got lazy- never filed a claim
I contacted the 'responsible party's insurance company- we faxed back and forth a few times
but nothing ever came of it

What's the time limit on pursuing this?
I can't find the Al. codes/statutes that cover this

few years back for property damage?

without knowing the alabama law i say you are out of luck.

serves ya right though for being lazy
