when it rains, my vehicle still leaks

My VW vehicle and my family live in durham, nc, we are involved in a long lasting settlement case. But, now(and to all the past years), the rear area that where damaged, and so called repaired. Still leaks badly!!! cold, wet and messy! After four years of trying, what can i do to get the "at fault" insurance company to repair it correctly!!!

Sue again and again and again. Otherwise, contact your local better business bureau and the state insurance commissioner, make a big stink and someone will help.
