Thank-you for your help in your answer to "hurt in an auto accident with no health insurance" Now I am wondering if we should wait until the insurance company makes an offer or should we hire a lawyer now to get a bigger share of the insurance $ for my son. The boy who died's parents would have a right to a big share too, and their health insurance company's lawyer has interviewed my son. Also they had two boys in the accident.
