the bar was down as I approached...

i slowed to a crawl (>5mph) -posted as 15mph- it's the smart tag lane - so as I crawled up to the bar, it raised up (when it recognized my smart tag - which has work fine before and since), I then began to accelerate through (like a million times in the past), and as i passed the bar, it slammed down on my windshield, then bounced into my face....
