I was in an accident on a california highway.
A car struck my car 'avoiding a truck moving
into her lane'. She hit me in my laneisn't she
at fault for going into my lane? The CHP says
since she was avoiding a collision with a 'truck'
she is not at fault. Also, I have no insurance
