who has to pay the deductible when an emlpoyee gets into an accident with the company truck? Can the employer take this deductible from your paycheck?

If the employee was at fault, yes he can be held liable for the deductable. He will also get a bill from the insurance company soon as they look for reimbursment. If the employee was not at fault, there should be no deductable issue if the at fault party's insurance paid. If the employer's insurance covered accident instead of the at fault party's insurance, the employer should seek compensation for the deductable from the other insurance company.
