What is the name of your state? CA
my sister was driving my car, a lady came and hit her from behind on the free way.
what i want to know is can i ask the lady's insurance to pay me for the car
so i don't have to pay my insurance the deductible?

If it is determined the lady was at fault for the accident, her ins. co. will pay to have your car repaired. There will be no deductible for you to pay.
