My vehicle was damaged by an entrance gate after I was buzzed in by a tenant. There were no cars in front of me at the time. The white railroad type gate slammed down on my car as I was driving through, left white marks on my black car and broke off the antenna. The damage was $133.96. Is the Management and/or homeowners\'s association responsible for their faulty gate?
