If a friend is driving my truck with permission, and ends up rolling the truck in a ditch to avoid a head on accident. The other vehical was in the wrong lane passing another car and driving right at my friend. The other driver never stopped.Who is responsible for repair costs? And how do I go about with a claim? I only have liability insurance on the truck and just got done putting a lot of money into it for repairs. The friends dad said he cancelled their insurance 2 days before the accident. What do I do?
