| | | who's liable? What is the name of your state? ohio
a friend of mine was in an accident while driving my car and totaled it. she was found guilty for it, but my insurance ended up paying my car off due to full coverage. i did, however, have to pay the deductable. on a legal standpoint, does she owe that money back to me, or did i basically get screwed over out of a nice car, and a $500 deductable? What is the name of your state? |

She is liable. She was negligent. However, you didn't get "screwed". You allowed someone to drive your "nice car" knowing that accidents happen. That is what insurance is for. |
