Wife and I were rear ended.I have been to Dr. once for wrist and back ailments, though probably nothing major.Wife has rods in her back and is 5 1/2 months pregnant. She insist she is not hurt. My auto suffered very minor damage and other car was severely damaged. It has been 2 weeks and the other guys insurance has not called the first time.the officer did verify that he did have coverage in force. What should I do and what kind of monetary settlement should I expect here in the state of Alabama? ....SC
