I backed into a women's car. I paid my fine, but the judge ordered me to pay restitution. He gave me 30 days to pay the $875.00. The thirty days passed and I could not come up with the money, will I have a warrant for my arrest, or what other action can they take against me. I'm willing to pay the amount of restitution but I don't have it yet.

Theoretically, you MIGHT be confronted with a contemp of court warrant, it is EXTREMELY unlikely. Contact the court and see if they will agree to a payment schedule.
