driver trying to avoid a slow bus side-swiped me-Tried to flee-i followed him.witness showed up after 5 minutes after we pulled off- from opposite direction-but before police- witness said we ran into each other. other driver ticketed for careless-insurance is basing off of witness statement. not accident report. i was avoiding the car to the right of us. should I hire an attorney? The damage -700$-
