Hi My girlfriend was involved in AutoAccident where she was hit from behind and the driver that hit her had no insurance.
Police report showed him at fault.
She took him to court, She won.
Now the court ordered the defendant to make payments to her on the 20th of each month.
She has not received any money from the defendant.
How does she collect her money?
Can she garnish his wages since he does not own anything?
Does she need to file form WG-001 for wage garnishment?
Some people said the court cannot do anything.
I do not believe this, there must be some way the court can garnish his wages without going to a colletions agency.
