We get mileage reimbursement from the company I work for. They use a standard form which also asks for my insurance company. While on company business, getting supplies, I rear ended the suv in front of me. Green light- cars started to move, I accelerated then looked down in my van for something, hit the guy in front of me.
I do not have auto insurance.
Is the company responsible for covering the damages to my van and the suv I hit?
