Worker Comp

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Indiana
My husband was killed this passed June 4 2003.He was a truck driver.the owner of the truck had workmans comp and they have yet to settle with me.I have tried to be patient in all this.I am working but I cannot bring in enough.I am on the verge of losing my house.I am 2 payments behind,but I cannot afford to move either.don't you think that 4 months has been long enough to get this thing taken care of?and will they have to pay any back pay?thanks for your time.
