A worker of mine crashed into the dam we were building and is now suing us for 35 million dollars. He had two or three beers with lunch and it was dark when he was driving home and he might have been speeding. what advice can you give me to defend my self and my buisness? Can I counter sue him. He says the dam was to close to the road. What is the legal distance for a dam to be from a road?
