I want to know how they calculate this settlement and how much it will be. What happens if same injury recurs?
Thank you for any help.

Do not settle until you first talk to a personal injury attorney. Once you settle and take a lump sum, that is it. If the same injury surfaces in the future or other problems manifest self due to the original injuries, then you have no recourse against the parties. Be sure to keep seeing a doctor for your left leg pain and any other injuries you currently have. |
