What is the name of your state? oregon

my car was in an accident and was in good condition before accident. insurance company only wants to pay 2600 for the car when kelly blue book values are RETAIL: 3600 and PRIVATE:2300. i purchased the car retail and beleive i should receive at least the retail price .what legal rights do i have towards getting my just money?

What Kelly blue book did you look in? Kelly list the value of vehicles by the trade-in and market value. And I have never seen such a spread in values. What kind of vehicle is it?
