wrecked with no insurance in ky what will happpen?

I live in Kentucky a girl pulled right out in front of me and i slammed into her drivers side door.I hade no insurance do to the sruggling of a single mom but the girl has insurance.I need to know what is going to happen to me?

No one knows for sure, likely you will get ticketed, her insurance will fix her car then sue you for damages. They can get a lein, judgment, or garnish wages if that happens. If she was hurt then it could go on and on.

No police report?

In some states she could have been charged with fail to yield to a vehicle in the main roadway.

If you did not drive incorrectly your violation is being uninsured. Not reckless etc.

Why do you think you are guilty of some part of the accident?

Am I missing something? You should be suing the person who pulled away from the curb in to traffic.
