I am approaching the statute of limitations on a car accident I was in 2yrs. ago. I have been doctoring for a back injury since the accident. I was told by my Insurance Co. that I can file a Writ of Summons to extend the claim. Should I put both the Insurance Co. that was found liable and the insured party on the Summons or should I just put the Insurance Companies name. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
