Hi
My brother was killed in TN 13 years ago. The state has admitted guilt in the case. Yet we lost our suit in the TN Claims Comm. Court.
To make matters worse the attorney handling the case did not notify us of the decision until the appeal deadline passed.
What to do to continue appeal process and to respond to state's motions to throw appeal out based on it being untimely submitted?
Also need a lawyer to handle case.
