wrong police report on auto accident

I just got the police report 2 months after the accident, and the weather conditions written on the report (raining and surface wet) on the road is not true. It was indeed raining earlier in the afternoon before my accident, but while I was driving it wasn't raining anymore, and I'm not even sure if the roads were still wet.

I was rear-ended and the SUV that hit me was cited for unsafe speed for conditions. She pushed me into an intersection while I was waiting at a stopped light. Pushed my car across 6 lanes of traffic. Anyway let me know what you guys think.

So what? It doesn't matter. If anything, the fact that she rear-ended you and the fact that the report says it was raining is a GOOD thing.

If you are concerned about being ethical, just call the police station and ask to talk to the officer, I would think.
