we live in washington state.We just found out our insurance company did not have my son and myself listed as drivers on our policy.He was involved in a small rear ender.We remeber that my husband copied our drivers liscenses and told them to put us on the 2 cars he was adding with that company.I know I am responsible for the damage in the accident-how do I argue/protest if the bills get out of hand?How can I go about proving our company made a mistake?The agent who did it doesn't work there anymore.
