What is the name of your state? Georgia Last year my mother moved to calhoun ga.
She was living in a trailer on my uncles property waiting for a home to built, on 7/25/02 the air conditioner exploded and there was a terrible fire everything was destroyed there was nothing left. The fire was so bad that she had to be cremated. The cause of the fire was supposedly a short in the air conditioner. My question is anyone liable for this? My uncle was the last person fiddling with the air conditoner. Also if he filed a claim with his insurance company would her children be entitled to something since she was our mother? Thanking you in advance S. Leverett
