The executor of my father's estate, who was not originally added into the wrongful death lawsuit, is now dating the attorney handling the wrongful death lawsuit & is now added into the lawsuit, as is her sister. My concern is that the attorney will not act on the best behalf of my brothers, sister & myself, as he is now dating the estate executor. What legal recourse do I have, as I do not trust him & his actions, in this case?
