wrongful death

i live in illinois. my daughter was in a accident on private property.the driver was 15 at the time my daughter 18. the other passenger 16. the owner of the property and the truck who is the same person and the driver were both at fault and the insurance companies on both parties are paying out but the passenger purchased alcholol can we go back on them also and sue them? Of course she was under age and had to find somebody to purchase it for her but can we go after her and the person who bought it for her. And by the way my daughter was killed in this accident the other 2 girls where allright.
