| My wife was serving community service as a result of a reckless driving conviction at one of our local Parks in Virginia. She was very embarrassed about this but was doing it anyway. while at the park one of the superviors drove her and another girl who was also working on her community service to a nearby amplitheater and started asking what kind of music they liked and he said that if one of them would go with him to a concert he would knock time off of thier sheets. My wife got very upset. She has been diagnosed with depression and this really set her off She got very Drunk passed out threw up and choked to death. Do I have a case for wrongful death and how can I get the city to give me the girls name who was in the car with her I know her first name how old she was and that she was there for underage drinking.
