2nd Party Checking Garnishment

April 8th garnishment served, April 20th first notification. Account is still frozen as of 5 1 02. Husbands retirement check included. In Arizona. What is my recourse? I have been paying each debt off one at a time it is documented with the credit bureaus. I made payments as I could. This is all the money I had to live on. I have been forced to retire because of this so I can get my Deferred Comp money.
