"30 days past due"

What is the name of your state? Florida

How do I find out when a account went "30 days past due". Equifax and Experian have different dates. One says Feb/1999 the other says Jul/1999.

The CA is trying to "Validate" as we speak. I want to be absolutely sure when it was so I can use the "SoL expired" defense.
Can I contact/write the OC for payment history?

Also, Equifax and Experian have 11/1999 as the "Balance Date". TransUnion has it as 04/2004. Are they trying to Re-age the debt??

Thanks.

Probably not! The SOL clock or the 7-year reporting clock have nothing to do with the 'balance date'.

Do you know the month you first went delinquent with the original creditor?

"30 days past due"

MrKee, My Equifax credit report says I was "30 days past due" on feb/1999. Experian has Jul/1999. But I personally don't remember (I was a co-signer and my girlfriend at the time was making all the payments. She defaulted on the loan when we broke up).
I know the SoL for written contacts in Florida is 5 years.

If the CA "validates", would it show the past due dates?

If it was Feb/1999 then the SoL has expired! Right?

Thanks.

I would contact the orignal creditor (OC). ask them for the info then you yourself send the "evidence" to equi and expe so they will update the info
