Accounts Receivable Problem

What is the name of your state? Wisconsin
what rights do unsecured creditors have?
amount of debt - $6,000

We probably need a little more information than this. Have you filed bankruptcy? Thinking of filing? Chapter 7? Chapter 13? Are they a CC company or a returned check? Is it a legitimate debt? These things need to be answered first.
