Administrative Hold

Can anyone explain what is meant by

"getting your bank to place an administrative hold on your funds/assets/account"

How is this achieved, and how does this look like (verbiage)?

Thanks
Arthur

I have nevber hear of a letter of that nature. You will need to tell us a lot more about what is going on.

Banks are very hesitant to provide any letter other than generic letters already approved by their legal department.

Re; Administrative Hold on accounts

Be wary of anyone offering bogus private placements or Sovereign programs requiring an administrative hold on your account, this can be manipulated and the account holder will have their funds drawn against to cover debts that they may not know they are guarantor of. The programs do not exist and are only a ploy to gather private information for identity fraud and in many cases they obtain credit without the owners consent and use it themselves and will never pay you.
