What is the name of your state? NY
I became delinquent in late 1999 on my CC payments. I consolidated my debt through ameridebt in late 2000 and paid for about a year until I was unable. Does the statute of limitations begin from date of first delinquency or after I stopped paying through ameridebt in 2001??? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
