Question

Arbitration Awards questions

undefinedWhat is the name of your state?La
I just received award letters from another arbitration company that i used instead of the BIG CREDIT CARD companies choice, the awards are binding and what should be my next step as i'm getting different info? Should it be set in motion in court before it needs to go to the big three? Or can I send them info on my award? Any forms for any of the above would also help!

It is very likely that your arbitration award cannot be enforced. If you have been sold this plan by a debt elimination marketing company, they should be giving you very specific instructions on how to proceed from here -- if they are not, then you already know that you have been scammed.

I don't think you will find very many people here who believe in that scheme.
