ARK - can wife's prop. be seized to pay husband's judgement

In Arkansas, can a wife's personal property be seized to pay her husband's judgement for state taxes and child suppt arrears?

Not if you can prove that the property belongs SOLEY to the wife. Anything JOINTLY owned is going to be at risk.

Its more likely that the husband's wages will be garnished for the taxes and almost certainly for the child support.
