auto finance company


My car is financed thru a company used by the dealer, this comapny has repossesed my car because they simple wanted to. I have paid receipts (payment was 5 days late, but we had a verbal agreement which I paid in full well before te deadline.) my payments are not behind. yet friday hey stole my car. today i receieved a letter in the mail saying they plan on doing so on the 23rd of oct. andif the payment isnt made by then ITs already been made a week ago! what can I do? this company still has to pay us for a class action suite filled & awrded to the customers over a year ago and they have been charging me an extra 50 dollars a month for a service contract that does no exist( acording to the dealer) help I need my car to work and am about to loose my job over it.
