Auto Finance Company Admits Error

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I am leasing a vehicle through Lexus Financial LFS) and they reported in error that my last 6 months of payments have been late over 30 days. I contact LFS, they admit the error, but they will not fix it until 30 days.

My lease is up in one month and becuase of their errors my credit score drop from a 720 to 540 and now I am not eldigle to finance a new car. My problem is once they fix the error in 30 days, my credit will not reflect the change for 90 days after that.

What legal routes can I take to fix the problem faster?

None.

It will take some time.
