Bank Account Frozen

what are my rights about my checking accont being frozen and what can ido to get it unfrozen?

Why did they freeze it ? Was this because of a credit card (unsecured) debt or another type of loan ? Was a judgement issued against you ?

Whether or not you can get it unfrozen may depend on the reason it was frozen in the first place. If you can supply a few more details it may help someone here better answer your question.
