bank of america credit card

What is the name of your state? California

I have a Bank of America Credit Card with a 2000.00 limit, and back in april, I purchased something on ebay's half.com, but the sender never sent me the item so i filed a claim with ebay and with my credit card company -bank of america...and they both credited me the money that I had lost and so I called back Bank of america and told them to debit my account for that amount, and I thought it was over, but I found out that the customer service department took care of it, when initially the claims department handled the credit. So after a month, I was debited by the claims department so I called in to fix it and they fixed it, but then a month later...same charge and then I called in 10 more times and talked to managers saying they were going to fix it, and call me back and so forth and still..after 10 calls and two weeks -nothing. They didn't credit me back and suppose I had an emergency where I needed to use all of my 2000.00 credit..I can't because they haven't credited me back. Is there a way I can sue them or something for making me go through this? I don't want to cancel my card, because it's easy to pay for with my bank of american checking.

Of course you can sue them... but your case will be thrown out as you have NO 'cause of action'.
First, I suggest you get off your lazy ass and quit trying to resolve this matter by phone and WRITE them a letter detailing your problem and what is needed to resolve it. Send it certified RRR.

After you get their response, come back here with a REAL issue.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
