Bank breached confidentiality-do i have any recourse?

What is the name of your state? TX

I am a still listed as a co-signer on my ex-husband's checking account.

I recently got a new mortgage and money market account with the same bank - in my name ONLY.

The bank has breached confidentiality by including my new accounts on my ex-husband's bank account statement.

I have worked with the bank to hopefully resolve this error, but I am very upset by the breach of confidentiality and the lackadasical manner my finances were handled. Not to mention I now have an ex-husband whose looking for an early pay-out of some money I owe him.

Do I have any legal recourse?
