Bank Forcing Me To Close Account

California

I opened a bank account w/Wells Fargo about 3 months ago. Earlier this week I received a letter from them stating that I was reported to Check Systems by my other bank and because of their policy, they will no longer be able to keep my acct open. (I was upset with BofA for charging me $30 on $2 they put in for me, so I took my time in paying it back!!) I know I signed an agreement with WF, but who really ever reads all the paperwork you sign when you open a new acct? Is there anything I can do to prevent them from closing my acct? Can I do anything to have them take my name off of Check Systems? I have since paid the debt...Please help!!

Thanks!!

"Is there anything I can do to prevent them from closing my acct?"
*** You can certainly try to convince WF to leave your account open by explaining the situation, but they have no obligation to do so. They have a right to determine who they will do business with or not..... unless done in violation of discrimination laws.

"Can I do anything to have them take my name off of Check Systems?"
*** Again, you can explain the situation to ChexSystems and they MIGHT agree to modify the report..... but they have no obligation to do so.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
