Is this a bank levy?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? IN
Monies have been forzen in my checking account due to a judgement in small claims court. The bank still has the monies it froze orignially, but since then I did deposit some monies to cover an outstanding check and that check was covered and I have been able to withdraw monies from that account also. From what I have read when a levy/freeze happens, nothing can be taken from the account, so is this a levy?

Also I have filed for the judgement to be set aside, can the creditor request another freeze or a garnishment while my request has yet to be decided by the judge?

Eli, please keep your questions in one thread since they are all related. Do us a favor and delete this thread and post to your existing thread. In your new thread please tell us the amount levied from your account and the amount of the judgement.

Well

According to the collection agency I owe about $2100, the monies got from my bank account is about $400. But the bank still has it, so I am unsure what is up? I filed a motion to have the judgement set aside but no answer yet from the judge and it's been almost a month.
