And based on your post, you really have no viable defense against their actions. You admit you owe the loan, just that you apparently can't pay it.
My suggestion would be to contact the debtors attorney and try to negotiate a settlement and payment plan. They are under no obligation to accept it, but they might in order to prevent having to spend time in the court to get a judgment and then to have to enforce that judgment against you.
If a settlement is not reached, a court will very probably grant the judgment to them and they will then be able to use the laws of Florida to enforce the judgment. Some actions could be garnishment or seizure of assets as allowed.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).
Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
