Bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? TEXAS
If a person files banruptcy say about four years ago is it possible to have a judgment on your report. Second does the bankruptcy just wipe out the debt that caused it?

2 separate issues. The bk wiped out the debt that created the judgment but, the judgment is still on the books. You and your lawyer have to return to the court that issued the judgment and petition to have it vacated.
