bankruptcy

What is the name of your state? pennsylvania
I have obne credit card at 17,000 the want to go to court to force a settlement. I am not sure if this would be a better option then to declare bancruptcy since I have another CC at $10,000 and three athers that were negotiate into a payment plan.
