bankruptcy


What is the name of your state? oregon

feb of last year (2003) we were granted a bankruptsy, the first part of march I had a heart attack and had to fork out a bunch of money that the insurance didnt cover.plus during that time we had major car repairs, I was on medical leave.but now we are way behind again. can we do a chapt 7? Did you file chapter 7 the first time or are you still in a 13? When was it discharged or has it not been?

We did chapt. 13 it was discharged in Feb 2003

Was your 13 a 5 year plan? When did you actually file 1997?

maybe I have the chapters backward.. We filed in 2002 and was discharged in 2003.. total bankruptcy..now we need to find out if we can do the other chapter where we can do a plan..
